"Shipping took forever"
The chocolate was good once it finally showed up, but the shipping was annoying. The tracking didnt update for a few days, and it got here later than I expected. I know delays happen, but I wish theyd been clearer about what was going on. Im not sure Id order again if I needed it by a certain date.

"Didn’t taste very fresh to me"
I don’t know, maybe I’m picky about chocolate, but this just didn’t taste fresh to me. It had that kind of stale flavor, and I really don’t think I’m imagining it

"Not really worth the hassle"
I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t hit the way I expected. The chocolate tasted kind of flat, and a few pieces had that slightly waxy texture. The filling was also sweeter than I thought it would be. On top of that, the whole ordering/unpacking experience felt like more steps than it needed to be, which made it extra frustrating when the chocolates were just okay. Nothing was spoiled or anything, but for the price, I expected a richer flavor and a fresher bite. I probably wouldn’t order them again.

"Not much to choose from"
I went on li-lacchocolates.com hoping to browse around and find a nice mix of chocolates, but the selection felt limited. A lot of it looked kind of the same to me, just packaged in different boxes.
If you already know exactly what you want, maybe it’s fine, but for someone just looking around, it got boring fast. It feels like a preventable issue if they added more variety or made the options feel more distinct. I ended up leaving without ordering.

"Pretty disappointing customer service"
I reached out and expected at least some kind of response, but nope, nothing. I kept thinking, "Okay, maybe they’re just busy," but after waiting and still hearing absolutely nothing, it was frustrating. Not a great experience.

"Great if you're gifting someone chaos"
The box showed up dented and messy, and the chocolates looked like they’d been shoved in during an emergency. Definitely not something I’d give as a gift unless the theme was “I forgot until the last second.” Really disappointing.
